YOUR EXERCISE CLASSES CARE TEAM

Fizzio for Life has a large range of exercise classes. We have a class suitable for everyone - for those of you new to exercise, people suffering from chronic health issues, people rehabilitating from heart attack or surgery, and people that want to be able to have more confidence in their body's ability.

Our classes are designed, run and supervised by university qualified professionals who are the right professionals to help you begin or continue your progression to good health and improve your functional movement.  Because our classes are highly individualised you may need to have an individual session with the exercise physiologist before commencing.  Bookings are essential for all of our classes.
