Fizzio for Life is proud to present this inaugral seminar in our Women's Health for Life series. Pregnancy is a wonderous time, but there can be so many questions about it's impact on our body. Will it ever be the same? How long will it take to recover? What will be the short and long-term impacts on my health? What can I do to prevent any long-term issues? All these questions will be answered at this free community seminar.

This is a rare chance to hear two expert obstetricians talk about what happens to your body during natural birth, medical interventions, and post pregnancy.

Our women's health physiotherapist will discuss what happens to joints and ligaments during pregnancy, pelvic care, and how to manage recovery from birth, Caesarean sections, & rectus diastasis. Our exercise physiologist will show you how to exercise safely during pregnancy. There will be an opportunity for general questions to all our presenters.
