Jane Mun

Exercise Physiologist

Jane graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and has since become a passionate and dedicated professional in the field. Having discovered her love for fitness later in life and experienced a sedentary lifestyle growing up, Jane has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those looking to make a positive change in their health and well-being. This personal journey fuels her empathy and ability to connect with clients on a deeper level.

Before pursuing her degree, Jane began her career as a personal trainer. Her curiosity and desire to learn more about the human body led her to further her education. With a solid background in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription, Jane is now dedicated to helping individuals of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals, both in the exercise studio and the pool.

Jane has experience working with diverse populations, including seniors, children, and individuals with chronic conditions and injuries. Jane takes pride in creating customised exercise plans that cater to each client’s unique needs, while fostering a positive and supportive environment to ensure long-lasting results.

When not working with clients, Jane enjoys spending time in nature with her partner and dog, frequently exploring beautiful beaches on a stand-up paddleboard. Travelling to experience breathtaking natural scenery and camping are among her favourite ways to unwind and rejuvenate. This love for the outdoors is a reflection to Jane’s belief in the importance of balance and self-care, which she incorporates into her practice and encourages in her clients.
