Nic is an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has recently graduated from the University of Southern Queensland. He is dedicated to helping people improve their health, function, and overall quality of life through evidence-based exercise interventions.
Nic is passionate about the powerful impact that water-based exercise can have on recovery, pain management, and overall function. By utilising the supportive properties of water, he helps clients move more comfortably, build strength safely, and regain confidence in their physical abilities.
In addition to clinical practice, Nic brings a strong sporting background to his role as an Exercise Physiologist. With experience in tennis coaching and strength and conditioning, he understands the physical demands of competitive sport. This experience allows Nic to effectively support athletes in performance development, injury management, and safe return-to-play strategies.
Outside of clinical practice, Nic enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new places. He values time spent outdoors and believes that staying active in natural environments plays an important role in maintaining both physical and mental wellbeing.
