Anita is an experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years of practice in New Zealand, treating acute musculoskeletal injuries. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy and enjoys supporting athletes of all levels to achieve their goals, from professionals to weekend warriors, and is currently completing a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.
Anita also has expertise in treating vertigo and BPPV, as well as neurological rehabilitation, bringing a broad skill set to her clients’ care. Since joining our clinic she has discovered a new interest in hydrotherapy, and finding new and innovative ways to practice her skill set in our pool to maximise recovery from injury.
With a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies from the Royal Academy of Dance in London and a background as an aerial acrobat, Anita is passionate about helping dancers, gymnasts, and circus artists recover and return to the unique demands of their artforms.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Anita performing in local theatre productions or spending time sewing and crafting.
