René Naidoo is an experienced physiotherapist with over 17 years of clinical practice experience across New Zealand and South Africa. She brings a diverse background spanning hospital, community, and educational settings, with particular expertise in working with children and adults with neurological, developmental, orthopaedic and complex physical conditions. René has held senior roles including Senior Educational Physiotherapist with the New Zealand Ministry of Education and Head of Physiotherapy at a specialised school for students with complex needs as well as in Tertiary Regional Hospital. In these positions, she provided assessment and treatment, supported functional movement and mobility, and worked closely with families, educators, communities, and multidisciplinary teams to improve participation and quality of life. Her early career in tertiary hospitals saw her working across intensive care, paediatrics, orthopaedics,Rheumatological, surgical and medical cases providing support in acute, mid and end stage rehabilitation, building a strong foundation in treating a wide range of conditions.

René is passionate about delivering personalised, evidence based care, with a strong focus on helping people achieve their highest level of functional independence, mobility, and confidence in their everyday lives.
