Well over 40 is an exercise studio powered by the Exercise Physiology team at Fizzio for Life. It is specifically designed with the over 40’s in mind, or people that want to make sure they remain well once they reach 40 who are not comfortable in a traditional gym setting. Our EPs are university trained to be able to help everyone move, especially in regard to those of you with chronic illness or injury.
The exercise studio is 100% supervised by university trained health professionals for both individual and group sessions. There is a class to suit everyone! You will have fun with a group of like minded people with similar goals and aspirations to stay active, move better, function better and have a better quality of life. Choose life!
