Start Moving Well – Gentle Exercise Class

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until January 31, 2020
This is a gentle exercise class designed for people over 40 who are wanting to get safely back into exercise to help improve their quality of life. It is a large group class where a lot of the exercises are done seated. You’ll be working with balls, resistance bands and body weight. You do not need an individual consult prior to attending this class. We may, however, ask for a doctors clearance to begin. Bookings are required. Maximum of 12 per class.
