So Strong I’m Dangerous – Strength and Conditioning class

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until January 28, 2020
This strength and conditioning class is run by our Well Over 40 Exercise Physiology team. The exercises in these classes are mainly resistance exercise using a variety of weights, dumbbells, pulleys and bands. The focus is on the development of core muscle groups that help to maintain a strong body, healthy bones and improve functional movement. The class is suitable for both men and women. Maximum of 5 participants per class. An individual consultation is required before commencing this class so that we can assess your individual situation and goals. Bookings are essential.
