High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes use short bursts of intense exercise followed by a short rest period. HIIT has been shown to reduce cardio-metabolic risk factors, particularly in those of us carrying extra weight or who are getting older. Our HIIT classes are specifically designed to be safe and effective for over 40s, for both men and women. An individual consultation with one of our exercise physiologists is required before starting this course to create a program based on your needs and goals. This is a medium group class with a maximum of 8 people per class.
